IS THIS A BOTTLE CLUB?

Yes. Cedar Ridge Backpack Bottle Club is a quarterly subscription bottle service that delivers Cedar Ridge whiskey directly to subscribers' doorsteps.

WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF THE BOTTLE CLUB?

HOW DOES THE QUARTERLY SUBSCRIPTION WORK?

Each quarter, members receive a shipment of a unique bottle of Cedar Ridge whiskey. Subscribers are billed in advance once the purchase window for that quarter's bottle closes. Subscribers will be notified 5 days before they are charged for the next quarter's shipment. They can reach out to Big Thirst via email (help@bigthirst.com) to make adjustments up to 48 hours before the billing process.

Each quarterly subscription may vary in price, so the price charged to the credit card may differ depending on what bottles will be released in that next quarter.

CAN YOU DELIVER TO MY STATE?

We deliver to most states in the U.S., excluding Alabama, Alaska, Hawaii, Idaho, Kansas, Massachusetts, Michigan, Mississippi, Montana, Pennsylvania, Oklahoma, South Carolina and Utah.

WHEN WILL THE BOTTLES BE SHIPPED?

Shipments are sent quarterly, with shipments every 3 months. The schedule may be updated from time to time as bottles are limited in distribution and it's possible that schedules may change.

Any additional bottles added to your quarterly subscription order will ship all together in one shipment with the quarterly subscription bottle.

I LIVE CLOSE, CAN I PICK UP MY BOTTLE AT THE DISTILLERY?

Yes, when you first sign-up you will have the option to choose local pick-up OR direct shipping for your quarterly subscription bottle. If you choose local pick-up you will be notified with each release of your pick-up window.

Quarterly subscription bottles must be picked up during the communicated dates.

HOW MUCH DOES EACH SHIPMENT COST?

Each shipment typically costs between $60 and $100, plus a flat rate shipping fee of $10 and sales tax.

*Add any additional available bottle to your quarterly subscription for free shipping (up to 6 bottles total).

CAN I SKIP A SHIPMENT IF I'M NOT INTERESTED IN THE BOTTLES?

Yes, members are allowed to skip one shipment per subscription year. If you skip two quarters in a row, this will be treated as a cancellation and you must rejoin the club which may have a waitlist.

CAN I CANCEL ANYTIME?

Yes, you can cancel before the upcoming quarter's billing cycle begins. As part of the cancellation flow, a customer can also choose to skip instead of cancel. Skipping two quarters in a row will lead to an automatic cancellation.

HOW DO I REDEEM MY BENEFITS?

  • To redeem your complimentary tours, please email our concierge at concierge@cedarridgebackpack.club to set up a time to visit.
  • If you are looking to redeem your Master List pours, you may visit the distillery during open business hours - you will need your digital club ID code.
  • Shortly after subscribing you will receive a Welcome email with your Merch discount code.
  • Online shipping will automatically be discounted for any online Cedar Ridge purchases on shop.cedarridgedistillery.com, when logged into the Big Thirst system.
